1. First, you need a packet of spaghetti pasta. I choose this brand you can buy other brand as well. Macam biasa, you have to boil the pasta sampai masak,don't forget to add a tiny bits of oil and a pitch of salt .

And while waiting for the spaghetti to cook, we need to get ready for other ingredients for the gravy.
2. Slice and dice the onions and garlics. ( 2 ulas bawang besar, 4 ulas garlics - ikut suka)
3. Not to forget the tomatoes ( tengok how big your tomatoes..I usually use 4 to 5 tomatoes..oo love it!)
4. Cut the sausage...(pun ikut suka berapa nak)
5. Not to forget the mushroom, potong ye..
6. And yang paling penting you have to fry the meatballs. Marina meatballs was one of my favourite!
9. Other must have ingredients :
olive oil, minced beef, carots, lada merah (blended), chilli sauce, tomatoes puree, prego spaghetty sauce (traditional or mushroom), oregano or mix herbs,salt and sugar. |
1. To start off, first we have to heat up the olive oil in a pan or cooking pot. Add in the chopped garlic and onions. Stir and allow the aroma to float up.
2. Add in some chili blended or chilli boh.cook/tumis sampai garing..and dont forget to put some salt and sugar(if you like).
3. Add in the minced beef & stir until three-quarter cooked.(you can actually pour some fresh milk) and let it absorb with the minced beef.
4. Pour in the Prego spaghetti sauce,tomatoes puree dan kacau sebati.
5. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, carots and lastly the sausage.Stir until cooked.
6. Last but not least, add a little bit of one of chilli sauce ;)
7. Pour the fried meatballs
8. Served the spaghetti with grated parmesan cheese , or apa-apa cheese pun boleh..pre-heat dalam oven.
