Review : Laneige Pore Deep Clearing Foam

I actually bought this cleanser because it is so cheap at The Altea website. I think about RM50 (if I am not mistaken ). I wanted to try this brand for quite so long. And finally i give a try to their cleanser and their top selling sleeping mask.

Based on their website, Laneign claim that this cleanser :

"Mild foaming cleanser that cleans the pores with its rich lather and suppresses excess sebum

• The rich lather reaches deep into the pores while removing impurities from skin's surface, helping you achieve clean and shine-free skin.
• Contains Moroccan clay ghassoul, which works as a micro-abrasive that's good for cleaning skin and keeping the pores free of impurities
• Contains Pore Purifying Complex that removes impurities lodged around the pores, preventing breakouts at the source.

To my verdict :

 I love this cleanser.  It turn to be a creamy foamy texture when you mix it with water and massage to your skin.

I love how my skin feel after clean my face. My skin look a lil bit brighten and  really clean. I normally use this cleanser after i remove my make up with the makeup remover.  And what I noticed most that it's open up my pores a bit so it is crucial for me to apply toner afterward or any serum to close back my open pores. The cleanser also remove extra oil on my skin without my skin feeling dry or tighten. Overall I love this cleanser .

Review : Kiehl's Clearly Corrective White Purifying Foaming Cleanser.

It is the last working day of the week (not forme) and it is Friday. I would like to make another review since I already told you that I love this foaming cleanser in my previous post - skincare routine.

So here it is my favourite ....

Kiehl's Clearly Corrective White Purifying Foaming Cleanser. (omg watalongname..)


I love this Brand. I have tried this brand since it was first launched in Malaysia a few years back. (You know I quite loyal to this brand) and I had tried many stuff from this range and other range from this brand, and suprisingly most of  them suits my skin well. Anyway, today I am going to review the foaming cleanser that they got from the brightening range.

Frankly, I dont really splurge on the cleanser much. But, i did notice or differentiate the different what normally the high end cleanser can do compared to the drugstore cleanser (most of the time). But, maybe it also depends on what brand I chosed and what it actually do on the skin at the same time.

Let's talk about this foaming cleanser.

What it actually did on my skin???

- It cleaned my skin really well which is love. It spread amazingly on the face with so less quantity required. It leaves my skin really very soft and fresh. No stretchy feel at all.
- I love the feel of the cleanser on my skin. it is so creamy and luxurious. It cointains peony and birch extract and no harmful ingredients such as paraben, sls or colorants.
 - As in terms of brightening,  I cannot really comment on that as I don’t feel any face wash can brighten your skin! But yes my skin is definitely clean, a little brightened (but temporary) and really soft!
- Dermatologically tested.
- The only cons is- it is quite pricey.
- Overall, love it!

Philosophy Purity Made Simple.

I've been wanting to try this for so long...
And to my surprise Philosophy is already in Malaysia (damn! i just notice it in Sephora), eventhough there are quite limited choice for body wash. But I've a chance to grab this liquid facial wash. I was comtemplating between the microdermabrasion type and this, but finally I decided to try this.

Awesome facial.
Lemonade scent.
Clean my face throughly.
Do not stripe my skin's moisture.
Love!

I've been eyeing for cleansing balm quite lately. I really particular when it comes to clean my face , I really wanting to try out cleansing balm. (hopefully when I finished my cleanser ) .Well, these a few of the cleansing balm that I've been google...

I've decided to change a bit my latest skincare range for this year. I love SKII product I've been eyeing it like forever..well it's not a cheap product....hell expensive but being 30++ I need to do some investment for my skin...tho... So I finally purchased the holy grail product of their FTE (Facial Treatment Essence ) and their latest range of Stempower Moisturiser. I also get a few sample of their tone ( Facial Clear Lotion ), which I probably gonna purchase the full size bottle next month ,I also got a sample of foaming & gel cleansers and a few masks...

And I also bought an eye cream from L'occitane. I love their Precious (Immortelle) range and I do hope their eye care range wont disappointed me.

Review : Nutox Oxyfusion Radiance Cleansing Gel

Heeee it such a lazy day for me today actually. I did not do much activities and do not go anywhere, I prefer to stay at home.

Watching movie, staying on bed bla-bla-bla...

Oh anyways, being a lil bit of rajin, I'm going to make a review...  quick one actually.

Yep, about this cleanser. I bought it just for fun and eager to try...and with a very affordable price why not eh ?

The first trial, and I'm quite like it. heh! So this is it.... Nutox Oxyfusion Radiance Cleansing Gel... omaii watta freaking long name. I wonder what is Nutox actually? Is that somesort of Botox? ehh! kidding!!

I love the packaging,high and plasticy and it has pump on it. Easily for me to take out the gel and hygienic . So this cleanser is gel type.  But it is not a thick gel type, it is liquidy gel I must said. It lather up quite easily and the foam is light. It does it job to remove the excess oil or makeup . It does leave the skin feel soft maybe it has slightly moisturise effect in it. It also does not leave my skin feel dry, or hurt..watsoever which is good.

Review : Olay Regenerist Advance Cleansing System (Specialty Cleanser)

Hey peeps!! Im back again for my review. Today Im going to review this Specialty Cleanser by Olay.
I've been knowing this cleanser or scrubber since a few years back. At that time, beauty bloggers were talking perhaps rambling about the clarasonic brand, which is extremely expensive to me.

And after all the raves about clarasonic machine, Olay came out with quite a similar machine to that .At that particular time, it was only available in Singapore ( the nearsest for me to get) . The time goes, And i did purchase the machine from Singapore's web (luxola). Yea because at that time, it was on sale. I only bought this for 70 bucks instead of rm110 ( before discount). Its quite cheaper compared to Malaysia price. Frankly, Im not going to spend hundreds for this.

But, i quite like this cleanser machine. The bristles are really soft. Its vibrates onto my skin smoothly removes the makeup and dirts as well. It is not heavy so it is easy for me to hold and have a brushhyy massanging facial time. I only use this machine when I have heavy foundation on my face, 1 to 3 times per week would be enough.

So far, it does not cause any breakouts to me, unlike some people experienced using the Clarasonic. I dont know hopefully my skin will be good with this product. I dont really prefer to use the cleanser ( skin renewal cleanser ) that they provided with this machine, I prefered to use my own cleanser.

Overall. Much love it !! I wish they would make vibrant colours for this machine, instead of one colour - white.

cleanse , tone, moisturise

heee...let'sstop talking about raya.. and balik semula kepada penjagaan wajah (skincare routines). okaylah actually saya baru bertukar product.To me, we dont really have to spend much on 1-2-3 skincare product (maksudnya disitu pencuci wajah, toner and moisturiser) ...

So, untuk drugstore products memang banyak choice kan?  but few thing we need to take into account, in order to search or use cleanser, please ensure that it wont strip the skin essential oil...  hmmm tak buat kulit kita jadi kering or sometimes gatal-gatal or merah-merah.

currently, i'm using this brand...it's remove make-up , cleanse and tone! hee kan senang.. :) not just that it is paraben free and contained rose extract (price rm29.00, 100ml)

And next... we need to tone our skin after cleanse untuk menutup pori-pori yang terbuka... and here a few tips... if ada yang diantara kita yang mempunyai pimple-prone-skin usually if you buy a toner cari boleh cari toner yang mengandungi salicylic acid same goes to the cleanser. :)

Untuk  moisturiser, memang kadang-kadang it's difficult to find the right moisturiser especially for those yang mempunyai oily skin. Cheaper alternative i use neutrogena hydroboost. :) 

for night saya suka pakai brand nie...

yes... itu... dia... a few simple 1-2-3 daily step untuk penjagaan kulit muka.

Review : Olay Total Effect Cream Cleanser (for Blemish prone & Oily skin type)

Halooo i'm back with review..

it's kinda hard to find Olay cleanser for (blemish prone & oily skin type cleanser)  normally the  i can only find for dry/normal skin of type. ohh well..  lucky me i got this the only left at Guardian...

The ingredients:

Compared to it's normal cream cleanser, this cleanser obviously  contained Salicylic Acid.
Salicylic Acid as you know,purposely  can reduces the appearance of pimples. Not just that, it also can helps slow down shedding of the cells inside the follicles, preventing clogging and it's also helps break down blackheads and whiteheads.(source)

Price : rm14.++ for 100g
Verdict :

• Consistency... is cream type,not foamin.. so don't expect any bubble..when you apply it.

• It's seem control my acne problem so far.. (currently my stress level is zero LOL)
• It's gentle to my skin, wont dry my skin, or feeling tight..whatsoever..
• Contained  microexfoliating beads good for sloughin off impurities or dead skin cells

• It's scent is really refreshng, nice.. flowerie....not overpowering.
• and of cos it contained anti-aging benefit too ( you still need to wear the anti-aging cream too)
• it's cheap! good! me likey!!

Review : L'Occitane Immortelle Brightening Cleansing Foam

Heyy peeps!

Well, well...after much thought and many good review about this cleansing foam, finally i manage to give L'Occitane Immortelle Brightening Cleansing Foam a try.;)

Product Description:

Lighten the complexion with this gentle face cleanser, enriched with Immortelle floral water and citrus fruit peel. Clinical testing of this product over a 3 week period showed an improvement in the evenness and radiance of skin. Tolerance dermatologically tested.

Ingredients:

Price : RM103(150ml) /USD24.

After approximately 1 month plus of using it, i guess now is the right time for me to do the verdict.

• Attractive packaging.. i like the blue transparent bottle, where i can see how much liquid still left, for 1 month...i'm using approx 1/4 of the bottle only...yeaa for that!!...
• It comes with a push button top & nozzle ..when you press it, the fluid inside turns to foam.
• 
• It has a soft, light and fluffy foam, make it easy to apply on face..
• 
• It's very mild , gentle to my skin. My face does'nt feel dried out after using it! 5 stars for that!...
  
• My skin noticeabley feel soft and smooth after using it ;)
  
• I dont see brightening effect so far ..but my complexion become slightly glow (.. and 10% radiant)...i reckon! LOL.
• It smell gorgeous!! citrus+ Immortelle flower.;)
  
• It's gentle cleanser, so isn't meant to clean off make up...i still need remove my make-up using normal make-up cleanser then, washing my face using this!

Well, overall i must said it's a great stuff except for the $$$.

hmm a new cleanser....??

Started from 2001-2002 when i was in the first year of diploma, i used to have kinda notso serious big pimples appeared on my face,especially on my cheek...& super oily skin too...perhaps due to hormones... or else at that time, i was staying in condo at Pandan Indah, i think somethings wrong with the quality of water in that area...kotor ke hape ke,tak taulah...my roomates also had the same prob on their faces...so,i tried a few cleanser mostly based on tea tree oil...and i think this was my penyelamat:TBS Tea Tree oil facial wash.



yep,,it's contained tea tree oil as you knew which can combat blemishes, it also soothing the skin..& etcs. i also used their daily toner...which i think work really well onto my face.
mmm... if i'm not mistaken, instead of this product i also tried another drugstore cleanser which was also based on tea tree oil...named, T3(dah tak wujud kot skrg!)...
after a few bottles of TBS, alhamdulillah my face kembali normal... so...i used other drugstore product...which i really like cos it's mild...suitable for sensitive skin, what else :

yes... Cetaphil Daily facial cleanser..recommend by dermatologist/skin doc. Yess!! it's really good tho...(my HG at that moment!)

Finally, my skin turn to perfectly normal(accept for pimple's hole,here & there ..which sometimes bugging me,but it's oklah...).... then,i started back again to use normal cleanser from drugstore such as nivea facial foam, olay....etc..

i'm easily getting bored with my cleanser, i also tried luxe product, like Biotherm & Clinique(step 1-2-3)...and it's just fine, nothing much different..tho...except i have to pay more on that stuffs.hahaha..



So, then i back with neutrogena deep cleansing foam & their fair fairness facial foam.....which was okay to me, and then i switched to... olay total effect facial cleanser,after it came out to market.(which i love so much).perhaps i'm one of Olay loyal consumer.....watever.

but again....i'm getting bored, so i decided to try other cleanser (currently), yes this Eucerin white solution gentle cleansing foam..but....too bad, sometimes... my skin is drying after using it, i have to apply moisturizer immediately after clean my face...*sigh*

hmmm after finished this huge tube ( which cost me aprrox rm28 if i'm not mistaken), i'll try to hunt for another new cleanser....!hmmm...atau kembali kepada Olay total effect.huhuhu... we'll see. ;)..tralalalaala......

Review: Freeman Facial Gel Scrub (Raspberry)

I had read so many reviews about FREEMAn products such as masks, facial scrubs, cleanser,body butter and etc..some are good & some not.So, i decided to try it on my own...& i went to the nearest watson. I'm actually hunt for the clay mask(avocado & oatmeal)...but it was finitto already :(....only left ,the pineapple mask & peel off mask...So, to replace it, i bought the facial gel scrub(raspberry)..fortunately there 's only one left... the rest are apricot creamy facial scrub..... because i have oily+ combination skin, so i prefer to use the gel scrub. i love raspberry.smell so sweet & yummy......

When i arrived home.... i immediately tried this scrub. Actually I seldom use scrub for face, i usually or only use facial foam to clean my face..so hoo givit a try again...:P.okay...my verdict??. i must say i like this scrub,scrubbing granules are just small, only small amount is enough to scrub all over your face, & the granules will dissolve when you scrubbing. The best part, it wont leave your face dry/oily. i think it's enough moisturize for the skin...it also make the skin feel soft & smooth.

The tube is huge enough for(150ml) & price only rm18.90...at Watson.
